In the event of any manufacturing defect, we will create a protocol and we will issue a new copy at your fingertips. We do not have to wait for the equipment to arrive from the Chinese manufacturer, we send the equipment directly from our Polish warehouse.

The procedure is as follows:
1. Reporting of the problem:
2. Email contact with feedback about the service procedure.
3. Return of the battery pack to the address indicated in the procedure.
4. Battery pack service – determining a factory defect, preparation of technical documentation.
5. Feedback confirming that the factory defect was detected.
6. Dispatch/issuing of a new battery pack.
